About Our Recruitment Process
Our simple but thorough recruitment process involves 6 steps that allow us to cut through the clutter and and noise and place individuals in a fulfilling career path.

Fill out application form.

PWS staff contacts applicants within 1-3 business days.
Step 3
Virtual interviews are scheduled.
Step 4
PWS conducts credential and background screening on selected applicant.
Step 5
Upon selection, virtual on-boarding process and introductions are scheduled.
Step 6
Candidate begins training.
